Welcome to No Fallo. By using our app or website you accept these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully: they govern the relationship between you and us (hereafter, "No Fallo").
Description of the service
No Fallo is an application that lets you define and keep personal challenges through daily or periodic check-ins, with optional support from private groups.
User account
- To use the service you must register with a valid email or via a supported provider (e.g. Google).
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place on it.
- Notify us without delay of any unauthorised access at hola@nofallo.com.
User conduct
You agree not to use No Fallo to:
- Upload illegal, violent, sexually explicit content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- Reverse engineer, automate access, or attempt to circumvent security measures.
- Use the service for spam, fraud or any other unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to moderate and remove content or accounts that breach these rules.
Content you upload
You retain ownership of the content you publish (notes, check-in photos, challenge names). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free and limited licence to store and display it to you and to those you authorise (e.g. members of your group).
You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not publish photos of people who have not given their consent.
Intellectual property
No Fallo, its name, logos, designs, code and the challenges in the official catalogue are the property of No Fallo or its licensors. No rights are granted beyond the use of the service under the terms of this document.
Purchases and subscriptions
At the time these terms are published, No Fallo is free and does not offer paid plans or subscriptions. If we introduce paid options in the future, the specific renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be published in this section in advance.
Limitation of liability
No Fallo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of the service. This does not affect any non-waivable rights granted to you by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, providing reasonable notice where appropriate.
Modifications
We may update these terms. If changes are substantial we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a modification means you accept the new terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the controller’s domicile, unless consumer protection rules grant another venue.
